All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and external factors. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days.

International Shipping (New Zealand)

We currently ship to New Zealand via standard international shipping. Delivery times vary between 6-27 business days, depending on customs and transit conditions.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package on the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au).

Lost or Delayed Shipments
